I'm an urbanist at heart. I am drawn to the messy, beautiful complications of building cities.
 
For over 20 years, I've led the design and delivery of urban places where people live sustainably, engage in civic life, and find genuine respite in the everyday. I move through the world as a constant observer — reading the essence of a place, the dysfunction of human intervention, and the infinite opportunity that lives between the two.
 
My work spans neighborhood-scale placemaking to international giga-projects, with a consistent thread: open space as the driver of place identity, not an afterthought to it. I've built a practice around navigating the complexity where public vision, private investment, and community life converge. I leading multi-disciplinary teams, structure public-private partnerships, and translate ambitious urban ideas into built reality.

Today I lead enterprise strategy and business development at Coen+Partners, serving as the Partner lead of our Community Studio, a practice focused on expanding a rigorous vision of human-centered open space and placemaking across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. I believe the best outcomes in this work come from deep client relationships: understanding not just the program, but the ambition, the politics, and the community a project is meant to serve. We believe that high-touch approach — staying close to clients from first conversation through final detail — is what separates good work from work that lasts.
