Maulik has been leading and transforming organizational capabilities, driving innovation and growth for Atkins Realis Buildings and Places business over the last decade, and brings over 23 years of experience on complex projects across the globe. His role includes managing key accounts and client relationships, spurring transformation within the technical teams, cross-market collaboration across geographies and project leadership for complex projects.
His work spans across the Middle East, China, India, and South-East Asia. These include giga-projects, transit-oriented development, airport cities, industrial and residential townships and special economic zones, as well as architectural design of iconic projects.
He has managed multi-disciplinary teams holistically, connecting investors, real estate professionals, marketing teams, economists, planners, designers, and infrastructure specialists across complex projects ensuring tailored and integrated solutions.
Maulik has a keen understanding of the region, having worked extensively with government institutions and royal courts as projects move through the review and approval processes. He also serves as the Sr. Design Director for New Murabba - one of the more prominent giga-projects in KSA.
