Khaled Abdellatif
Khaled Abdel Latif is a City and Regional Planner and Urban Designer with more than 20 years of experience across 12 cities and regions in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Egypt.
His career spans government entities, development authorities, international consultancies, and major developers, covering regional strategies, city development, destination planning, urban regeneration, transit-oriented development, and public realm initiatives. Among the programmes he has led or contributed to are the Bahrain National Planning and
Development Strategies, the Dubai Transit-Oriented Development Strategy covering 81 station areas, the establishment of Qatar's Mega Projects Planning Unit, and large-scale tourism and destination developments in Saudi Arabia.
He currently leads urban development initiatives across a significant region of Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, supporting the establishment of the planning systems, governance frameworks, and delivery mechanisms needed to guide long-term growth across cities, destinations, and communities.
