Faris Abuzeid
Faris Abuzeid developer, urban strategist, architect and independent
Faris Abuzeid is a multidisciplinary development professional who operates across the intersections of real estate, architecture, investment, culture, and urban strategies. His work is driven by a deep interest in how meaningful neighbourhoods and destinations are created, exploring the relationship between the built environment and human behaviour, and understanding how people live, gather, create, and connect within places that generate lasting economic, cultural, and social value.
He began his career as part of the team contributing to the early development of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, an experience that helped shape his perspective on culture-led urban transformation and the power of place in driving long-term value. His work has since evolved into leading and contributing to large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, entertainment, and destination developments across Saudi Arabia, spanning billions of dollars in development and investment value.
Today, he serves as Head of Real Estate Ventures at SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures), where he focuses on unlocking investment and development opportunities around entertainment-led destinations across the Kingdom, bridging strategy, creativity, commercial viability, and long-term urban impact
