Organizations of all sizes need agile, authentic leaders, people who lead by example, inspire excellence, and navigate complexity to deliver results. In my current role as General Manager for our Middle East operations within a private equity-backed outdoor recreation group, I face both significant commercial challenges and meaningful opportunities to drive positive impact. Success in this environment requires emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to bring out the best in others. I have developed these capabilities through diverse leadership experiences, including building and scaling an organization in China and co-founding a consumer electronics startup in the United States. Both were ground-zero moments that shaped my ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I believe storytelling is a powerful tool for connection and growth. When used effectively, it brings brands to life, communicates value, and builds lasting customer loyalty. With a strong track record in developing international markets and building high-performing teams, I am driven by results and thrive in dynamic environments that foster collaboration, align teams around shared goals, and approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.
