Waleed Ben Manie graduated from KFUPM as Electrical Engineer and he joined Saudi Aramco for 20 years starting 2021. He spent his career with Aramco in Delivery/Project Management in GIGA Projects with different natures/profiles including Urban Development, Oil/Gas & Infrastructure Projects. Major Projects to mention: King Abdullaah University of Science & Technology (KAUST2007-2012). 

Upon 2030 vision launch and implementation, Waleed Joined Royal Commission of Alula (RCU) from 2021-2023 as Executive Director of Infrastructure Projects and participated in delivery of Projects such Ashahr Habitas Resort, Camel Racetrack, Water/Roads/Electrical Projects Ugrade, Airports Upgrade as well as Sharaan Nature Resort Jean Novelle site preparations works.  

Waleed Ben Manie is currently the Executive Vice President EVP for Sports Boulevard Delivery Commercial/Project Controls from 2023 up to date. He is leading the department responsible to support business cases, procurement of packages, contracts administration, Reporting and Delivery Program Risk Management.
