Located just five minutes from Abu Dhabi Island, this groundbreaking project is designed to be the ultimate destination for adventure enthusiasts and nature lovers from both the city and around the world. It serves as a testament to how human intervention can play a transformative role in enhancing natural environments, promoting sustainable biodiversity, and fostering social cohesion.

At the heart of this development are its man-made hills, which form the foundation for a state-of-the-art professional cycling track and introduce a novel park typology to the UAE. These hills host a variety of programs and activities that encourage education and a deep connection with nature. Each hill is designed to mimic different habitats and geological features found across the UAE, from rugged mountains and rolling hills to desert meadows and verdant slopes. A journey through these “Biohills” is, in essence, a journey through the diverse landscapes of the UAE.

The park’s design emphasizes both ecological and economic sustainability. A range of dynamic attractions— such as a climbing canyon, hilltop zipline, mountain coasters, a discovery water park, adventure park, and nature centers—are strategically located along the park’s pathways. These attractions provide unique opportunities for families and friends to experience nature and adventure right in the heart of the city, introducing a new range of outdoor experiences to the UAE.
