Maram Othman, the CEO and co-founder  of GreenDesk. She is an architect and entrepreneur whose work is rooted in a deep connection to nature and the living landscape. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Prince Sultan University and a Master’s degree in Biomimicry from Arizona State University. Her journey began in landscape design, where she developed a sensitivity to how plants, spaces, and people interact.

Guided by a belief that nature is not something separate from us, but something we belong to, Maram explores ways to weave greenery back into everyday life. This vision led her to found GreenDesk — an initiative dedicated to integrating plants into indoor environments in a thoughtful, intentional way that nurtures well-being and restores the human connection to nature.

Through her work, she brings together design, biomimicry, and sustainability to create spaces that feel more alive, grounded, and in harmony with the natural world.
